One Team

When at the chemist waiting for a script on tuesday I had about ten minutes to kill in the pharmacy.  That can be a dangerous thing because it leaves on to wander around and look at all the lovelies (the alternative is to check out the more medicinal side of the store).
Roaming a store packed full of pretty nail polishes leads inevitably to polish cravings... this terrible temptation can end in one of two scenarios. No prizes for guessing which way mine went. :)

What can i say, Sally Hansen has just released a new sparkly range of polishes called Gem Crush. It contains eight glitter packed polishes, and when I say packed I mean PACKED.

The hardest part was choosing just one. I chose one and teen two chose one. Technically it was one. really it was.

ok so maybe I will just show my new goody.

This is no. 1 Showgirl Chic. I used a base coat, 2 coats of showgirl chic and two coats of top coat (it needs 2 coats of of topcoat on heavy glitters to make it nice and smooth.)

I then wanted to do some art on top of the glitter.

...

With 120 other representatives, I have spent the last two days at a workshop with the goal of creating an "Employee Promise"; a charter for the employees, on behalf of the 2000+ employees of the (obviously) large company where I work.

I chose the theme words and painted the letters on my nails with green nail art paint. I then 'attempted' the company logo on my thumb.

 ONE TEAM

and up close
For anyone who actually recognises the logo - I did say 'attempted'.
Oh and it is on the side since my thumb is turned.
(remember, I was writing with my non-dominant hand using paint)

We worked hard and achieved more than expected (drat I guess that kibosh's a third workshop located in ohhh maybe Hawaii or on a cruise ship or...)
My nails got lots of comments, compliments and questions.
I am now exhausted.

That is seriously glittery glitter! Glad to know your colleagues appreciated your extra effort and razzle dazzle:) Now you can rest up big, my friend.

I just looked back at your last post with recycled old t-shirts--you really do cover the range, don't you:)
