I Love Lamp - version 2

Ages ago I managed to buy two old brass lamps on eBay.  One for each teen. The odd aspect is that the same lamp would suit both girls VERY different styles.

The look for EK's lamp was the simplest to achieve; lamp left as is and purchase a suitable shade to go in her progressing Victorian/Steam Punk room.

Ra wanted her lamp painted matt black to go with her black wrought iron fittings and white furniture.

A light sand and a couple of coats of spray paint later and we have a lamp fit for our Ra.

Buddy loves the car. He also loves to be around his people. When we were trying to paint the chairs and the lamp he kept brushing past leaving hair and acquiring paint. EK got tired of fixing his blunders and opened the car hatch. Buddy was in there immediately and was able to survey all activities... between snoozes.
